Court Declares Nizar As Legit MB, But It's Not Over Yet.

1. For the Pakatan Rakyat coalition, today's landmark verdict delivered by the KL High Court that Nizar Jamaluddin as the legitimate Menteri Besar shows that the judiciary independence and rule of law is going to be restored, with this as the stepping stone. This was then followed a directive by court to Zambry and the six to vacate office immediately (see this Malaysiakini piece, which includes remarks from Anwar and Bar Council, excluded from The Star)

2. But I will not count on that. There is warning though that whatever happens is not out of the blue yet. The latest setback for the Barisan Nasional regime in Perak will not deter them, as they will use a variety of tools to maintain their hegemony of power in Perak that they acquired via illegal means.

3. Of course, with the main reasoning behind the judgement delevered by the judge, which is stating that a Menteri Besar can only be removed via a vote of confidence or resigned by his own accord, Barisan, via it's illegally appointed speaker Ganesan and the deputy 'prositute' Hee, will call for an emergency assembly, Zambry and Hamidah Osman (Sungai Rapat) will propose for the motion to remove Nizar via the vote of no confidence thing. Hamidah's remark "why should the state assembly be dissolved" has shown her immaturity which resulted of her being critcized by all quarters over a racial remark last year.

4. Nizar also stated that whatever happened during the four month period of Zambry will be subjected to review. Therefore, the so-called gathering at the tree on March 3 is considered legit, and the motions that were passed during that were taken into account, meaning that - Zambry and six excos are suspended from 12 to 18 months; Sivakumar is the legit speaker as of now, and of course Nizar as the legit Menteri Besar. And finally, last thursday's assembly, called via illegal means, rushed without proper procedure and protocol is deemed unaccounted and illegal.

5. Of course, the fear of losing and the unwillingness to spend a lot of money ever after the five by-elections show that how Barisan Nasional is unwilling to play at the election arena. At the beginning, Najib has mentioned via the media of the interest of Barisan to collaborate with Pakatan Rakyat to break the deadlock of the state constituition crisis.

6. A few hours after the court verdict, Najib has announced that the government will appeal against the court decision. I believe this is a stark contrast to what he said earlier of offering a join collaboration with mutual interest to solve the constituition crisis. It is likely that the decision was swayed by Big Mama. Apparently, what was gained on Thursday was screwed due to the court decision. Remember that there are some of us who do know how indecisive Najib can be and sometimes asked Rosmah for help (hence the moniker Isteri Rosmah called by Hisham Rais).

7. If the playing field that is Perak is level, Sultan Azlan will definitely say aye to the dissolution of the assembly and calling for the snap polls. As mentioned again and again BN is not willing due to money. The current public sentiment shows that if played, BN risks losing worse than the 12th General Election. The results could go as big as 45 to 14, of the 59 state seats contested in Perak.

8. Therefore, Nizar must act swiftly and the PR must act tactically, rather than facing via brute force against Barisan Nasional. They must be aware that nationally, they do not have enough resources to fight head to head. There is not much time, but as much as 14 hours to do so before anything from BN could happen. Time is ticking. Nizar will be meeting Raja Nazrin tomorrow morning while the BN files appeal against the court, and the unofficial deadline is tomorrow noon.

9. We could see repercussions from Barisan Nasional , unhappy over the verdict. Consider if we forget about the appeal factor, we could see ridiculous things like the judge being transferred (as a DPP for Raja Petra's sedition trial being transferred to Industrial Court by a furious Gani Patail because of the knowledge of insufficient evidence to convict him). That's an example, but the biggest of all repercussions is another May 13...or follow the father's recipe.

10. I always believe that Sultan Azlan would definitely consent and get it right to having snap poll, for this case as to fulfill the wishes of the people in the state. However, I find it hard to believe that His Highness would grant so, given of how he was persistently reminded and threatened by BN.

Seems now that all is not well for Big Mama as of now :D

Liberty In Malaysia Is Dead Starting With Perak

It was pretty terrible out there. Shouting matches, interference from outside, speaker's removal via unconventional way, 64 people arrested including bloggers, what a horrible end to the day which is no doubt in infamy as Black Day in Malaysia.

What happened today in Perak is a foregone conclusion, pre-meditated, pre-planned. In the end, it's Big Mama stamping on the people, killing Liberty, raping the Federal and state constituition. It's just like a game of football except that the match is rigged or Barisan Nasional keeps moving the goal post everywhere, althought they knew that they are going to get whacked 10-0 from other sides.

There are actually two ways of the crisis can be solved, either by returning to the basics of Constituition as Mahathir said earlier or following the law of the jungle. The latter path was taken by Barisan Nasional simply because for one main reason. They want to maintain their hegemony that was achieved via coup engineered by Najib.

"Oh, I forgot, I am talking about what happened in Ipoh today. And what happened in Ipoh is about race. It is about ensuring that the Malays do not lose political power. And, as far as Perak is concerned, as far as Umno is concerned, Perak has fallen into the hands of the Chinese."

There were some tiny details that I was told of what happened at the assembly. Moments after Sivakumar escorted Raja Nazrin out, the Pakatan Rakyat assemblymen were in sudden idle mode, didn't act on when the Barisan Nasional camp started the move to remove Sivakumar led by the 'prositute' called Hee. It was then I was told that this must be the jinx that was placed on the PR assemblyman after Idham Lim accused yesterday that a jampi was placed at the speaker's position.

Why the seargeant-in-arms refused to act on Sivakumar's command is pretty simple - there are Special Branch people inside the hall acting as officers, dressed as protocol men there. That's is why he could not act when ordered to remove the 10 (Zambry, the six and the renegade three). And spotted in the hall is Shafee Abdullah. Make no secret though that Shafee has always been (as allegedly by Pete) desiring for the post of Attorney General - and it is said that what happened today here was planned in advance by UMNO with him. I recalled there was an allegedment by Pete that Shafee was also involved in setting up Anwar in the sodomy case of Saiful - which was later resulted into a angry face off between the two men in the KL High court.


The iconic image of Sivakumar being dragged out by the police will tell the tale in future that democracy in Malaysia is dead on this day, and what was promised and propagated of the 1Malaysia concept is just a sick joke.

Sad to say God is not here today. And He has refused to help the innocent and those doing good. In Ipoh alone, there were 64 people arrested, even an old man doing his morning jogging also got arrested for although being an innocent bystander. The police, behaving like if it's their grandfather's place go into a coffee shop and arrest people for nothing? Look at a video from Malaysiakini if you're not convinced!


There's Helen and then of course Bernard arrested for just wearing black shirt. I thought being the a known top leader of local blogosphere, a leader should be acting on various plans on the head, not being held back at one corner...sorry, but I noticed that there is something amiss after reading various events.

As reported just now, 10 people were arrested in Kuching, one in Penang and 14 more in Brickfields by cops who have screwed their priorities upside down. Filling up the detention cells with unnecessary people , people who did nothing wrong. Yep..banana republic that is.

Is it likely for civil society filing a lawsuit against the police and demand damages of $100 million over unlawful arrests? After all, people who came here are not from any underground groups and anytime they could be suing the cop!

Candlelight vigils no longer work any longer. Instead, there's a need to think and act on the intellectual level, understanding the opponent's psyche and do a tactical move. It's no longer a brute move to outwit an opponent. If you are to compete head to head with Barisan Nasional, you need some players that will level the playing field. For instance if there is Shafee Abdullah - that is seen there, you will need someone as good as him on the other side of the ring to level the playing field.

And as for PR, where are the rest of the leaders who claimed to be great when there was chaos today? Apart from Kit Siang who came to support his DAP men and Sivakumar, where is Anwar? Where Tuan Guru Hadi? Did they show up? Are they really walking the talk of calling themselves the leaders of this Pakatan Rakyat? A great leader is someone who can lead, show and inspire people instead of sending people out to become their cannon fodders. Since Anwar and Hadi didn't show up today, do they consider themselves superior leaders?

But today's event is a blessing in disguise.:

1.For a few years, in light of the constituitional crisis in Kelantan, people endured much circus antics and bad moves from UMNO and they punished them from 1990 onwards until now, unforgiven for what they had done to Kelantan. Next time, if there's a GE or a state election, UMNO could be facing the same spectre as in Kelantan. Similar eye to eye punishment could happen in Perak. People in Kampung Simee or in town absolutely hated Zambry and badmouths Hee. Yes, it could provide a motiviation whack BN badly next round via balloting.

2. Sometime ago, Mahathir has called for the Perak crisis to be resolved via constituitional means. Indirectly, a warning was given to Najib that Najib was doing the wrong way to hold on to Perak. With this event today, it means to go against Mahathir and yes, we can see slowly that Najib and his men could even be booted out by his mentor. Najib, as some said is still unforgiven over what he did to Mukhriz at the UMNO General Assembly.

3. It also tells us that United Malays National Organisation, heading the Barisan Nasional coalition is responsible for all the mess that is happening here and there including arrests by their entities. Remember that the economic crunch is still not over although things are picking up in the last two weeks. But the next time a greater economic depression happens in Malaysia, the first word that Malaysians is going to utter is not FUCK but UMNO since their poor governing policies could bring to the fall of the nation economically.

I think I'd want to take a walk back home to see the damage over the weekend. I believe that that it ain't doing good for them but BN is digging a bigger hole to the ground.

We can still smell the devil's sulphur at Ipoh until now.

Hello, Police...Are You Looking At The Wrong Pole?

There were a few interesting stories lately that I saw at the Star which shows something about innocents being harmed. Let me give you a few....

1. OCPD robbed at knife point
2. Pregnant woman dies after thieves pull her off the motorcycle
3. Snatch theft: another pregnant woman killed

See cases #1 and #2 has proven the point that I will never ever stay in JB town or work there because of social insecurity. Anywhere is not safe and the crime rate it a little higher than in KL or in Penang. I jokingly told a friend of mine, that Frank Castle should come in and whack the hell out of the scum in the south coast. After all, Mandripoor is a little of Johor and Singapore, right?

Instead of focusing on those crimes that innocent blood is spilled because of the scum, the cops have revealed themselves to be following the orders of the political masters, to preserve and consolidate the hegemony of wrong dominion over the nation. I understand that those in the middle and the lower ranks could not go against their goodwill and conscience for if they do, they are considered to be insubordination against the orders of their superiors whom is seen from bird's eye view to be committing something that is morally wrong.

I have said many times that the police are still looking at the wrong end of the pole and should instead pay more attention to those common crimes above. Look at how the allocation of the task force, majority of them put under administrative work instead of crime beat, on the street routine.

Here in the last three days, 19 people arrested for voicing out disagreement against the current state of affairs in Malaysia. You have this Wong Chin Huat arrested, another 15 more arrested for vigiling outside the Brickfields police station, carrying no weapons but just candles, and Mat Sabu and two others in the aftenoon. That is obviously shows that superiors of the force have screwed the priorities upside down. That is looking for wrong excuses, wrong reasons, wrong people to start.

The police have been doing random roadblocks in KL city in the last 5 days. On Friday, the whole stretch from Mid Valley to Bangsar was jammed due to a police road block at Jalan Telawi. I wondered about tomorrow back in Ipoh. First, thing, St. Michael's and Poi Lam school is within the vicinity of the State Secreteriat. To hold a road block, in conjunction with court remand order is to create further inconvenience to the school students in the morning who need to be there by 7,30 p.m, failure in which they face penalties from school's disciplinary board. I remembered one day where the whole working community turned up very late to their offices because of road blocks in Parliament, which created much anger at the police and even apology from Syed Albar doesn't put them off.

I do share the same sentiment as my friend The Fish does. Looking at the two scenarios with the common thing between the two is about the police, I don't think I'd like them. One night on Friday, at a road block at Jalan Datuk Keramat, a police officer was inspecting every vehicle. The guy inspecting was rude. Of course he was married (the ring) but rude. I would really want to take that asshole to the Internal Affairs thing..ditto to our Chief State police in Perak if tries to do another Khalid Bakar publicity stunt.

The better way for the police is to do more crowd control instead of packing the detention cells with innocent people who do no harm to mankind. There's going to be a hoo haa if detention cells are filled with the people inappropriate to be there.

There's hysteria already for the fat lady prior to the conclusion of the singing of an opera.

The Hysteria Over Altantuya's Birthday

Three activists were arrested this morning for attempting to deliver a cake commemorating the 31st birthday of Altantuya Shaariibuu to the Prime Ministers Office in Putrajaya.

My late grandfather officially retired from public service exactly one day before Altantuya was born. And I've read a few days ago about Chegubard announcing of doing the stunt of bringing the Happy Birthday cake to Najib's office or giving the ultimatum of doing a mock funeral of Altantuya everywhere throughout the peninsular.

I heard that the cops squished the cake that was supposedly to be delivered to Najib. Could we see that it is silence is used as a tactic of psychological warfare against Malaysian democracy preachers?

Anyhow, the word Altantuya has apparently spooked someone and you bet there is a sense of hysteria from her over the name. The name has been banned from being used by the Malaysian media, considering that it seems taboo. But you can't shut everyone out forever, not with the foreign press doing their rounds. If CNN, BBC and Al-Jazeera gets the hold of this then what happens next? Embarassment or otherwise.?

Yes, I have to admit that stunt is bit out of proportion. Today's stunt by Chegubard, if seen by the flipside of the coin is no more similar to Mat Rempits running around the street, except that they don't come by motorcycles, but they move in a collective hive behavior manner. Intellectual talking with the other side is pretty hard considering that the stance by not Najib, but his men, those warlords. We do have some feelings that Najib might not be able to control his men. There could be some loose cannons acting on his behalf but goes against what he intends to do.

And it is very amusing, despite Chegubard and two others arrested, the message delivered has an effect and it is driving the hysteria around Putrajaya (laughs)...!

Either Way, Big Mama Is Going To Stomp Someone This Thursday!

I can only sum up that at the end of May 7, Big Mama will be stamping on either one and there could be a third stamping on Najib.

I had a few conversations on the phone with a good friend of mine (sorry..can't come to the club for lunch) and when we discussed about the possible May 7 protest gathering, I did say of Big Mama doesn't like dissent and I was pointed to a comment that he wrote for Aisehman's posting three weeks ago, which I find it pretty amusing....

"Bodoh…remove MB Mohd Nizar but forgot to remove Speaker Sivakumar!"

Now 2nd reprimand….

"Goblok….invite Mahathir to rejoin UMNO but forgot to help Mukriz to remove KJ at the AGM!"

Thursday, there could be two scenarios, so we have to cross our fingers. One scenario is that the state assembly dissolved, or Sivakumar doesn't allow the renegade three to come in, or Sivakumar shoots down the Mamak's motion of removal. If that scenario happens, it means that whenever there's a snap election, Barisan could be whacked all over say 40 to 19? If this happens, Zambry could get stamped, third time on Najib....

If the other way round happens, it means end of democracy in Perak, Big Mama stamps her giant foot on the people who strongly opposed of the gerombolan taking over via pirate gutter politics, law of jungle. Period.

That is why in any case on Thursday, Big Mama is going to stamp on someone, no matter what.

Trouble has started brewing with Zambry accusing Idham Lim of the bomoh thing at the speaker, and then Sivakumar requesting for the postpontment of the assembly as of the brewing trouble. Gerombolan UMNO is sure bent on starting some shit out there, if I am correct. The cops are also getting their hands into the mess. I've already anticipated that they will call whatever gathering there at Jalan istana as Perhimpunan Haram....

Fine, go ahead, but they might want to reconsider by seeing from far, there both sides are supporting legitimate parties and therefore, there is no underground group there.

The Drow Doctrine in Malaysia

I started reading the Legend of Drizzt series since late last year and the first book of the 18 written (the 19th is due in October this year) has a interesting two page scene that is very similar to what is shown in the attachment, or something like the Biro Tatanegara.

When you read the statement, it shows that 1Malaysia that was championed by Najib and his administration causes some doubts of whether to be accepted or not. Some people, like Anwar Ibrahim for example called the 1Malaysia concept as a rhetoric and a cosmetic thing. The statement by this BPMM NGO shows that there are fools who wants to stick to the feudal irrelevant age, Bourbons, age of Pharoahs, etc...fools who don't wish for the country to move, advance to a newer age period.

It looks similar but I think it's a worth to share thing with you guys out there.

Now it's time for Perwaris to back up their claims over what they had said on November 23 last year, where they claimed to say there is a need for ISA. I would really like to hear what are their arguments are. If they don't have the points to back why they need to do so or give something that is something that is dubious or stupid, then I guess that Perwaris can't walk the talk. or just do the blind faith of the UMNO doctrine. And it means that they are just bigots that keep screaming Malay Supermacy whereas they are talking about being Ketuanan Beggars.

Frankly there is one question I hope to get out from this, which is from where do they learn and belief that ISA is needed to protect their Malay rights? The real Islamic teachings, derived directly from the Abrahamic teachings do not tolerate racism among people including those of other faiths. To believe in such thing is also no less similar of being a Nazi or a Afrikaner who discriminates the blacks during the Apartheid period. Or let me make it simple. The statement and reasoning is seems pretty ridiculous and they call it halal whereas it is factually not.

It would be a nice thing to see Perwaris coming out to debate. If they say no, then we know that they are merely chickening out over what they claimed to advocate.

The forum could have been more lively and more enlightening if there are constituition lawyer speakers that presents the points that connects the dots about ISA and demonstrate its irrelevance in the 21st century, i mean those speakers like Malik, Tommy and a few of them.

You Gonna Need Them on May 7 in Ipoh....

First time I saw them was when back during the BERSIH rally in November 2007. They had done an excellent job of crowd-control, particularly at the palace vicinity. They had ensure that there is order and no clashing with the cops.

In Kuala Kangsar earlier this year, they had done things quite well to control, although the FRU and the police started the tear gas and mobbing the people who wanted restoration of democracy in Perak.

I felt that they deserve a commendation for an excellent job they have done. Now, let's say that if the thing is on coming May 7 in Perak, they should be coming in ready to make sure things don't go out of hand. After all we've learnt the lesson of May 13 and its conspirators. People now should learn from the horrors of the past.

Otherwise, it's going to be a terrible mess for the people of Perak...

May 7 In Perak: Annihilation or Annihilated?

Hell Bent for Punishment

Here's a very interesting piece by Pete yesterday entitled "What Will Irritate Them The Most?"

“Your file is on Najib’s table,” my Umno contact told me. “I attended a meeting where you and Anwar were discussed. Najib told us that you and Anwar have to be dealt with as soon as possible. He wants you both out of action.”

I called up Anwar and he confirmed that he too had received the same information. So it must be true then. My Umno contact then told me a very interesting story.

It seems the AG had summoned the DPP handling my two court cases, Roslan Md Noh, and asked him whether they can secure a conviction in my sedition and criminal defamation trials. Roslan replied that they really don’t have a case against me and should actually consider dropping the charges.

The AG went berserk. He shouted at Roslan and said that Roslan is negative and has an attitude problem. He then removed Roslan from my case and appointed Shahidani Abd Aziz as his replacement. Roslan was then sent into cold storage at the industrial court. That is probably the end of Roslan’s career so he might as well resign from the government and go into private practice.

“They are going to detain you on the 23rd when you attend your sedition trial,” my Umno contact told me.

In truth, if the playing field between the government and citizen in the court is even, the results will be an innocent result for the accused, in this case Pete can win his sedition cases, lawsuits and the ISA appeal by the government.

It provides a revelation of how hell bent Gani Patail and Najib Razak is bent of silencing him and Anwar Ibrahim for both of them are noted opposition against tyranny and those who wish of doing good and truth for the nation.

The line "wants both out of action" implies of how desperate to silence them because as long as both of them are still out, Najib and especially Big Mama is getting into hot soup particularly the latter. The statement there shows of the courts becoming a kangaroo cop and how people are distrusting the judiciary and the cops, since decisions show many are against the naked truth.

Hence, what Rais said of accusing the international media of a grand design to damage Najib's reputation is not entirely accurate. If a citizen has a interesting revelation that is proven true everywhere which the media like NST or TV3 rejected them, where else can they go to besides blogs? International media is one viable and only option left open.

The scenario is like during the feudal times where innocents are given wanton punishments by tyrants for their innocence or small crimes. It's like reliving the time of Bourbons in France..well sort of.

Annihilation is a double edge sword for both the people and the Barisan Nasional regime. The showdown is set in Perak where on May 7, possibly we would see whether the state assembly would be held or not. Note though that the assembly was called without the knowledge of V. Sivakumar, the speaker and it seems that Barisan Nasional with the help of the state secretary by-passed the rule of law to achieve their 'evil' goals.

We shall see whether there is an assembly or not. There could be two endings to that event. You do not need to be a rocket scientist to see the two possible scenarios.

People's Scenario

What the people wanted of state snap elections come true. The state constituition stipulates that a snap election must be held if there is no assembly sitting six months after the last one. The last officially recognized sitting was in November 2008. The March 3 sitting is disputed. Some say it's called while the regime / gerombolan calls it an illegal. Suppose if the sitting under the tree is not officially included, then it means there has not been any sittings if coming past May 13.

Of course Barisan Nasional would desperately want to have a sitting the week before that end, because if a snap election is called automatically after May 13, the big thing is that to expect Barisan Nasional to be annihilated in the snap elections with a margin as high as 40 to 19. The margin if, it goes is that high is because people are totally very angry of how the regime took over the state government via illegal means (read: Najib blackmailed Sultan). Obviously they want to keep the loot of their gain.

People anger boils up when the village heads filed a lawsuit against Mamak Zambry for dismissing them when they were appointed by the Nizar administration. Same goes as selling the Camry - better and cheaper than those expensive but 'flacked' Mercedes cars.

Regime Scenario

As said just now Barisan is refusing to let go of what they acquired via dirty means, so they have line up a series of plans to provoke, make noise, disturbia or call what ever you want.

Of course the one thing in mind is trying via illegal means to remove Sivakumar the speaker. The plan is to convene regardless of speaker's consent, block the 13 PR assemblyman that could swing the outcome of the motion they might want to discuss and put in the Jelapang woman Hee as the next state speaker. Then with that, they can pave the way to implement what they want in the space of three years.

If for all the cheats they played that they cannot remove the speaker, the next plan that could be in the cards is the same May 13 scenario. Never count that thing, but such plan is also possibly in the drawing board of the BN regime. A good friend of mine always reminded me that as Najib being the UMNO chief for Perak, when the going gets tough, there's the same 1969 recipe that could be used again.

Now people realized that it's the some people within the Parti Perikatan back in 1969 that instigated the deadly riots. As Pete said, having the assembly on May 7 could also be a trap of inviting people into their net and create havoc and emergency. It happened in Kelantan previously in 1978, but after recapturing 1990, the coalition had a tough time to capture Kelantan. Even as if it is not enough, another operation similar to Ops Lalang could happen back before.

The Last Word

The bottom line is just be prepared of any scenario. The people in Perak cannot afford to sit back and let nothing happens as they got what they wanted from the March 8 elections but taken away via illegal means by the opponent.

What The Altantuya Media Ban Infers

Media Prima, a subsidary of UMNO and owner of private TV stations like TV3, NTV7, TV8 and TV9 have imposed a ban on anything that is Abdul Razak Baginda or referencing of Najib and Rosmah implication on the Altantuya murder.

A very interesting thing is that this piece is not seen in other papers (Star, NST, etc..)

Excerpts and highlights from Malaysiakini:

The directive was part of an email sent on behalf of the group director of news and current affairs, television networks, Kamarulzaman Zainal.

The email listed four ‘don’ts’ involving news reports relating to the high-profile murder case of Mongolia national Altantuya, who was mistress of Razak Baginda (left).

The TV stations were ordered not to mention Razak Baginda’s name and ignore all news background related to him.

Editors were instead told to focus their reports on the two accused in the murder trial, who were sentenced to death last week.

Don’t show footage of Razak Baginda

Not only that the political analyst’s name should not be mentioned, visuals showing him in previous trials and after his release are also banned, according to the email.

The other two restrictions were related to the new premier.

The TV stations were barred from reporting that Najib and his wife, Rosmah Mansor, were linked to the case.

Also, statements from those accusing Najib and Rosmah of being involved in the case were also prohibited.

As if the ban on Altantuya references during the Bukit Gantang and Bukit Selambau is not enough, the ban is now extends to TV. But that will not suffice. It simply implies that the ones who hatched the order for the ban are actually either the ones that are really guilty in ordering the murder of Altantuya or covering the asses of the real murderers. Sirul and Azilah are merely cannon fodders.

Of course, except for the naive and those of blind faith to the gerombolan, many have a rough, but accurate idea of who actually ordered the hit. Some have been asking about where is the military intelligence was right now. But it will take further time as when someone is pushed to a corner, that thing will come out.

It's a good guess as mine that Big Mama is getting more and more panic since pressing the panic button earlier in the month. (see Big Mama Pressed The Panic Button )

If those who are accused of being involved are really not guilty, just come clean. If you're not doing it, it means that there's something fishy behind and they could be really guilty. I remembered watching an episode of Kisah Benar on TV3 many years ago, where an old lady who thought her money was stolen was victim of her own curse (asked to place a curse by a bomoh on the guilty) as it was revealed to the viewers that she hid her own money under the pillow, not someone stole it.

Why Zambry and The Six Still Can't Attend Assembly

On Thursday, the Federal Court has lifted the suspension order of 18 months on Zambry Kadir and 12 months on the six excos imposed by state speaker V. Sivakumar.

From the Star, 17 April

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Court has unanimously ruled that Perak Assembly Speaker V Sivakumar does NOT t have the power to suspend Mentri Besar Datuk Zambry Abd Kadir and six state executive council members from attending the assembly.

It granted a declaration that the seven assemblymen were entitled to take part in all the assembly sittings and to carry out their duties.

Court of Appeal president Justice Alauddin Mohd Sheriff, who chaired a five-man panel yesterday, said the Speaker’s decision to suspend the seven applicants was ultra vires (outside the law) and invalid. … The other judges were Chief Judge of Malaya Arifin Zakaria and Federal Court Judges Nik Hashim Nik Ab. Rahman, S Augustine Paul and Zulkefli Ahmad Makinudin.

I am aware that many media and other blogs have reported about this thing and claimed that the Federal Court has crossed the dangerous line by lifting that suspension. Of course, this has violated Article 72(1) of the Federal Constitution whereby the Federal Court whereby proceedings by a state assembly cannot be questioned at a court.

However, what the media has given is only part of the full picture that happened on that day. The statement given by the defence team was baseless. So, therefore, people should not be mislead by statement given by the defence team and those given by the UMNO lawyer Hafarizam Harun.

Lawyer / columnist Hanipa Maidin, who was also part of the sitting on that day said that what was given to the press is only 2 out of 10 declarations sought by Zambry. The actual fact is the remaining eight were rejected by the Federal Court.

To reiterate, the two declarations (where the article was based) accepted by The Federal Court were:

1. Sivakumar's decision to suspend Zambry and prohibiting him from attending state sittings for 18 months

2. Sivakumar's decision to suspend of the six excos and prohibiting them from attending state sittings for 12 months.

The remaining eight declarations sought but rejected were:

1. Sivakumar's decision to suspend Zambry and prohibiting him from attending state sittings for 18 months is ultra vires against the Perak State Constituition, Perak State Assembly standing orders, Assembly Enactments (1959) and other relevant laws are null and void.

2. Sivakumar's conduct of suspending Zambry and prohibiting him to attend state assembly sittings is against the law.

3. Sivakumar's decision to suspend the Six Excos and prohibiting them from attending state sittings for 12 months is ultra vires against the Perak State Constituition, Perak State Assembly standing orders, Assembly Enactments (1959) and other relevant laws are null and void.

4. Sivakumar's conduct of suspending the Six Excos and prohibiting them from attending state assembly sittings is against the law.

5. The right for Zambry and the six Excos to attend state assembly sittings and perform their duties there.

6. The state assembly is not bound by the Speaker's decision to suspend and prohibit Zambry and six Excos from attending state assembly proceedings.

7. The state assembly is not bound by the Speaker's orders, directives, decision that comes from the Speaker's decision on 18 February 2009.

8. Orders, declarations and relieves that are considered 'suaimanfaat' by the court.

This means that although they got 2 out of the 10 declarations sought, failure to get the remaining 8 means that they are still, officially not allowed to attend and participate in state assembly proceedings.

After the court proceedings, it was observed that Zambry was not in a cheerful mood. This fact was omitted out in print by the press. Zambry and the Six Excos are plannning to appeal against the decision on the 8 rejected declarations by bringing in official documents from the state assembly. However, they are committing an offence because it is a plan to do so without the speaker's consent. The permission is required.

Also, given of what they actually feel, BN plans to proceed ahead by issuing a notice of assembly on May 7. The notice was issued by Abdullah Antong Sabri the Speaker's secretary who was suspended. The notice was issued without Sivakumar's knowledge and consent.

PLEASE STOP FOOLING OUR FELLOW MALAYSIANS!

Reading the two pieces from the UMNO mouthpieces, NST and Utusan, it gives the picture that there is still a bad intention of retaining the status quo between Malays and non-Malays.

What Utusan said is a repeat of what UMNO thinks after they had a big setback following March 8 2008 elections. They think that the result meant that the position of the Malays were under threat. To this day, such thinking doesn't actually exist in reality. It is just the state of mind that UMNO wants to implant in the people.

NST has been talking about Penang, with Guan Eng as the puppet of Anwar, almost similar to the Nizar Puppet of DAP slogan rhetoric that Barisan Nasional is using during the Bukit Gantang by-election.

Whoever wrote this thing and whoever the editor who consents to releasing this thing is either doing on instruction by the political masters to split the Malaysian community, making the people to be suspicious of other races or doesn't have the brain to think of consequences on the impact on the Malaysian society. Those pieces can be shall we say is committing the offence of the PPA act, Sedition act - just the same thing as what Harakah and Suara Keadilan did. If the latter two dailies were suspended, why not suspend NST or Utusan? Chances are given that their own daily entities did that, I bet that UMNO is likely to instruct authorities to drop one eye in the event of other parties filing police reports against the dailies.

The audience target for those two news pieces in example are particularly the people who stay in rural areas and those who didn't have proper education. These are the two factors that can be counted as shaping the beliefs with facts that are wrong in overall. In the city, not many people are buying into the story because of the urban person's education level is higher than those in the rural areas. Intellect factor is a double-edge sword. The higher intellect a person is given via education.

In a place where there's dictatorship, facism, iron first or non-democracy the higher the education level a person gets, the higher possibility a person could turn against the own government - a fear thing - which is why the literacy level in Malaysia still remains at a mid-line of 50% plus, with most education handicaps come from rural areas. That is also another reason why there's still the blind faith factor for Barisan in elections - believing that they did their job well and no need for improvement...bla bla bla..

What those interviewed said in those two pieces in inference is two things: to elicit sympathy from readers, and to create a belief based on the wrong facts. As for the case of Utusan, what the piece suggests is that the Malay community should be under the umbrella of UMNO. But still as the last 10 years suggest, lower class of people being in UMNO doesn't get much of the benefit.

Hoodwinking the people has resulted in many people, in lower classes to beg instead of fishing and making their own cut in their lives. Begging in the sense of asking money, contracts - a reference to cronyism. Hisham Rais always have tags in his blog that constantly says "Jangan Bodohkan Melayu". I must say for that Utusan Melayu thing, it is close to the tagline.

Now here's the good chance for Hisham Hussein as the new Home Minister to act against the parties that many people firmly believed to be invoking breaking of community.

In order to create a Bangsa Malaysia community, people should reject the kind of rhetorics that is associated to feudal periods, Bourbons, race politics, racial stuff and etc.. One Malaysia, something that Najib champions will end up like Islam Hadhari if they do not act or follow up against what is religiously and factually wrong for the multi-racial community of Malaysia. So stop fooling our other fellow Malaysians!!!

You Got What I'm Trying To Say About Penanti?

This came over in the afternoon when the news, (Star, Malaysiakini, etc..) confirmed that what I said in my previous posting was true after all.

Allow me to reiterate that in my previous posting Penanti and Bukit Lanjan , I went for a round of drinks with the Perak bloggers with Chegubard and his entourage. During that meet, I was told that this event where Fairus would resign would indeed happen but when exactly was not mentioned except when is after the three by-elections on April 7.

There is this fear that there could be 5-in 1 day if told earlier.

Fine, Elizabeth gets back to her work routine. One thing less to speculate about.

What Is Special On April 15?

There are two interesting things:

1. The Hillsborough Disaster anniversary - 96 Liverpool fans were stampeded to death in 1989.

Penanti and Bukit Lanjan

On the night I came to Bukit Gantang at the end of last month, I was invited for a round of drinks with the Perak bloggers by Chegubard and his entourage. They were on the way to Bukit Selambau for the nomination day of Manikumar.

While having drinks, I was told by the entourage about what might happen in Penanti. It seems to me that having learnt the lesson from what happened at the height of the Perak Constitutional crisis this time they are not willing to take the risk of repeating the same mistake as in Perak. With the fact that former DCM I Fairus resigning, it is clear that they are likely to call the state Speaker to declare the seat vacant. This also takes into the account that Fairus will be charged for the quarry corruption case by the MACC.

The seat could have been declared vacant earlier, but the Pakatan needs to see what happens after his resignation date of April 8 - last Wednesday. And there is a rife speculation that Fairus could be declaring himself independent - the same thing as for the renegade three in Perak. That's why there's likely to be a state-level by-election later.

As for Bukit Lanjan, despite the calls by some groups and NGOs to have Elizabeth Wong to stay on, chances are, she is likely to insist or to push for the resignation from posts. This means that the state Speaker will have no choice but to declare the seat vacant, also paving the way for another by-election.

It could have been done earlier, but had it be done earlier, it could be 5 by-elections in one go, something that Pakatan wants to avoid because of resources stretching too thin. After April 7, we might see two more state by-elections.

However, since April 15 is the where Anwar decides who becomes the DCM I of Penang, and the decision on Elizabeth, things could change, but I reckon that things I mention could happen given of the current scenario.

Not Likely For The ISA Could Be Repealed. What's The Outcome Of The Review?

When I was on a tour in Taiping, I managed to stay for two hours at having a cup of tea next to the detention entrance (see the entry Weekend in Taiping ).

Before we had our drinks, there was a signboard that shows of a proposal to build an extension to the existing detention camp there. Estimated date of completion mentioned there was 31 March 2010.

GMI, So it seems that BN is not willing to repeal the ISA. The hardcore cells of the gerombolan argued that this is to protect 'Malay rights' , which is somewhat awkward and doesn't fit the reasoning. YB Lim Kit Siang has mentioned repealing as one of the 8 points in his letter to Najib.

Anyhow, let's see how what is the outcome of the review as what Hisham Hussein said.

Weekend in Taiping

Feel the election fever there, so I decided to have a weekend in Taiping.

The last time I was there was about 15 years ago. I spent one day at the lakeside, that was during 15 years ago.

So, there I was again to see what's it like after missing out Permatang Pauh and Kuala Terengganu.

Originally, my plan was to stay from Friday until Wednesday. Had my late grandfather got well instead of going down, this would have been the plan. Having using up a few days leave last month, I couldn't stay more. Not enough people now in office means that I'm needed to fill up.

Apart from the travels which I've included, seeing the town is almost like going back to Old Town Ipoh.


There's me taking a picture staying at an inn facing Jalan Stesen in the morning before our trip to Port Weld with guys like Boom, Gus, Viveg and Duke. While stopping by to refueling a few guys were waving the PAS flag and money to an amah Barisan supporter for PAS support :)



In the evening we went to see the main gate of the infamous detention camp. Unfortunately, while waiting for the show to start, heavy rain started to fall. So we had to wait until after 8 to move to Terong, which is the other side of Bukit Gantang.

Nightfall, we went back opposite the main market to have our late night dinner. That's where most of the special celebrities were having dinner. : read political people. On the way, I saw Teratai's Jenice Lee, Klang's Charles Santiago, Port Weld's Tai Sing Ng and no surprises, Koh Tsu Koon. All there in one place there's dinner until late night.


We didn't go out except for good food (kuey tiau soup, fritters) until in the evening when the Special Bunch went for the DAP dinner coverage. Of course, a few Malay bloggers stopped by for a visit and of course a bunch of Malaysians in Singapore stopping by. We met them yesterday and I was surprised to see my good friend Clifford (Ghostline) leading the youngsters. They were at Terong the night before.

Sigh...could have join the bunch for celebration, but mind's too full of work. Need to sleep....

Congratulations Nizar!

Well, congratulations are in order for the winners in Bukit Selambau and Ir. Nizar in Bukit Gantang. At least my predictions are correct of the two victories there.

Now that, Nizar has won, it's scratching heads for the gerombolan.

Looking at the statistics, I wonder why 19+ thousand people in Bukit Gantang still prefer Barisan although in Terong, there has not been any development and what the voters tell people is that they still want ISA although ISA is a crude law, likea fossil....

Like I said, there is a need for a stronger voice in Parliament to say no more to ISA, replace it, but people are still blinded to the truth.

Well, during the two rounds in Taiping, I'm happy to see all things coming to a good end.

Potential Results of The Three By-Elections

In the last seven days, there's been active campaigning in three sections of Malaysia, the two state seats of Bukit Selambau and Batang Ai with Bukit Gantang parliamentary seat. While looking through the news from the three fronts, I can give my guessing of what the elections results could look like.

Bukit Selambau

We'll start from the north. Bukit Selambau is half-Malay and a big portion of the remaining half of the population are Indians there. The motive remains a mystery of why there are 15 candidates, 13 independents out to contest. One day, PKR youth chief Shamsul Iskandar made an interesting exposay of saying that each of the 13 independant candidates are formally members of UMNO, Gerakan and MIC.

It's true that Kalai should have been given the chance to contest in the seat but in frustration of being left out, he signaled his exit from PKR. Had Kalai been given instead of Manikumar, it is a double edge sword, first there could be accusations flying round of preferential treatement and the other side is that PKR could win better. So what Tian Chua said the other day was true, 13 independents presence are meant to spoil the votes of BN and PKR contesting.

With HINDRAF showing signs behind Manikumar, I say Manikumar is likely to come out the winner with 1 to 2 thousand majority. Ganesan can gain votes, but the Indian sentiment is still angry over the fact that Samy Vellu still remains as MIC President. Many think that the old fossil by the name of Samy Vellu failed to act significantly for the benefit of the Indians. BN votes are likely to come 50-50 from Malays.

The opposition received a boost / headstart a rew days ago when UMNO Kuala Sin branch head Marzuki Akhir left UMNO to cross over to PKR, with 1500 PPP members crossing over as well and the expose by Shamsul.

Batang Ai

Arguably the most difficult, but second important of the three by-elections. I must say that the results would end with a photo finish with Barisan winning by a slim majority of approximately 300 votes. Although Jawah Gerang is more popular than the BN counterpart, the problem lies on two things.

There has been intelligence of internal sabotaging on the PKR front and the Sarawak blogger friends are trying hard enough to fight tooth and nail to get more votes for Jaweh. But Barisan is very confident and banking on the 4000 Dayak voters to swing the majority to their favor. Each of the 4000 voters specially were paid $2000 per person to vote. Which means, for this Batang Ai campaign, close to $10 million including ad campaigns and equipment were spent on that. This case, it is money or nothing. If PKR is willing to play dirty for that, they would have to top over $8 million

I've been told that voter sentiment that most of them still favor Barisan. A good friend of mine told me that his Sarawak subordinates have the saying of keeping themselves happy and content. What it means that if the people have a problem, all they need to do is to go and see Taib Mahmud and he'll give them anything they want to make them happy. That is the mindset and it is similar to the mindset of voters who would think that way of voting BN.

Batang Ai is a very different ball game. Different mindset, different sentiment, money or nothing this is going to be tough call. But given of the situation, a 300-majority win for BN.

Bukit Gantang

The most important of all. To some, it is adding more people's voice to the Parliament to voice disatisfaction against the Barisan regime. Throughout the week, both fronts are fighting for voters but throughout my weekend observation of the town, it seems that Barisan is playing a very very dirty game.

First of all, there are many banners that pose very flaming remarks on PAS and others including the Derhaka, Boneka DAP and etc.. Barisan has deployed almost all the police force in here alone, surpassing the 6000 in Kuala Terengganu. And then there many instant noodles projects cooked in the span of 5 days, most notably in Port Weld. You can see Ong Tee Keat, on behalf of the MCA decided at very last minute to give swap land agreements.

But then there has been some weaknesses and many exposes by the opposition and the cyber community. Rosli Hussin, the Terong assemblyman has openly opposed to having Ismail Saffian as the BN candidate of choice. Today, Mahathir has "publicly scolded" Zambry over the lack of attendance of the afternoon luncheon, and the worst of all is the revelation that Islam Hadhari minister Zahid Hamidi actually attacked Taiping MP Nga Kor Ming over the Quran rendition as well as the worst of all, enticing local gangsters to threaten Chinese voters not to vote Pakatan.

The police also have offered money to local gangsters to spoil the, but like the pirates code of ethics, they said no, meaning there could be a "spillover" or bad blood between the two later on.

The real problem is on two things, Malay voting sentiment, mostly 60:40 for PAS / BN and vice versa and secondly the problem is that the Chinese voters, though initially agreed to support Pakatan might suddenly go to BN fearing of being branded as supporting Hudud...etc..blah, a repeat of Kuala Terengganu.

Given of the scenario and the exposes on Barisan Nasional, Nizar could be winning approximately 3000 votes majority though betters are betting for 5000 majority.

Nizar Said "I Beg To Differ" Not "I Will Rebel"!

Many of us misintepreted of the statement "Patik Mohon Derhaka" that you see on election banners along Bukit Gantang. Utusan has been spinning the news and the people have been misleaded over the statement.

The phrase Patik Mohon Derhaka is not the usual phrase in Bahasa Melayu but a phrase in Bahasa Istana, which is used exclusively in palace. "Mohon Derhaka" in bahasa istana means "I beg to differ" - or "Saya Rayu Untuk Beza" in normal Bahasa Melayu.

That phrase is a must use in palace. But Utusan used it as to say Nizar rebelled.

People, you have been misleaded and of course you know of this "hoodwinking the Malays". UMNO started the whole mess, not people, but people took the wrong truth.

The Malaysian Saying of "Missing"

The cycle of missing goes like this in Malaysia;

Get Vietnamese workers, dogs missing.
Get Bangladeshi workers, Malay girls missing.
Get Indonesian workers, money missing.
Get Indian workers, jewellery missing.
Get Chinese workers, husbands missing.

The new additions:
Call the police, the evidence goes missing,
Call the lawyers, the judge go missing,
Call the ministry of transport, the reports go missing
Change the government, funds go missing,
Say something and you may be missing.

HINDRAF Wanted All Five Out, Not Just Two

When the news was announced yesterday that among the 13 ISA detainees to be freed, two of them are the lawyers of the HINDRAF who were detained although they were merely doing their duties as their lawyers.

HINDRAF, though are okay to have the two out, wanted the remaining three to be released as well. So there was a plan to hold a vigil at 6 p.m in front of the Kamunting Detention Camp main gates. Of course, this plan has attracted the attention of the police, but they managed to convince the police that they would disperse as soon as they have finished their on-site press conference.


However, heavy rain for more than two hours prompted the event to be delayed as people had to wait for the rain to subside. As for the police, four squads of FRUs (trucks) were deployed onto the scene, as due to the heavy rain, they had to wait and even had their breaks at a warung.




After they had prepared themselves at a shade site opposite the main gates, they walked across the main road to start their vigil, chanting the word "Bertaubat". Fortunately at the time where the images are captured, the FRUs have yet to act against the vigilers.

Instant Noodles in Port Weld

The other day, the term "instant noodles" coined out recently means for out of the sudden projects launched by the political parties to entice support from the people in that constituency. And Najib has assured that there will be no instant noodle projects during the election campaign.

Remember that while cooking instant noodles, you need to clean the noodles constantly, with cold water as you see what those noodle people cook. The reason of cleaning it with another pot of water is to clean off existing plastic / dirt that is not removed from the first one. Every pack of instant noodles contains layers of plastic. If not taken care of, it will affect your health and if eaten too often, it could lead to death.


This situation is akin to what Barisan Nasional is doing now in Port Weld. To entice the support of the Chinese voters, the class-F contractors appointed by Barisan Nasional have started three days ago to fix the drainage system on the main road leading to there.

Also, to play the unity stunt, the Education Ministry launched the state-level school Rakan Muda program in a chinese school in that vicinity of Port Weld.

The Tourist in Taiping

Well, already reached Taiping and meeting the other Barisan Rakyat bloggers, waiting to go to the speech spot later on.

After leaving the Changkat Jering toll plaza, I took a wrong turn, intending to go to the main crossroad that is Simpang, Port Weld and Taiping. But from behind I saw a CID car (read: police) tailing me even when I took the wrong turn. I was a bit worried and went all the way to Taiping. Maybe I guess that they are patrolling the beat around Bukit Gantang.

It's been 18 years since I joined Volvo, a Swedish company. Working for them has proven to be an interesting experience. Any project here takes 2 years to be finalized, even if the idea is simple and brilliant. It's a rule.

Globalized processes have caused in us (all over the world) a general sense of searching for immediate results. We have come to possess a need to see immediate results. This contrasts greatly with the slow movements of the Swedish. They, on the other hand, debate, debate, debate, hold endless meetings and work with a slowdown scheme. At the end though, this always yields outstanding results.

Said in another words:
1. Sweden is about the size of San Pablo , a state in Brazil .
2. Sweden has 8 million inhabitants.
3. Stockholm , has 500,000 people.
4. Volvo, Escania, Ericsson, Electrolux, are some of its renowned companies. Volvo supplies the NASA.

The first time I was in Sweden , one of my colleagues picked me up at the hotel every morning. It was September, cold and snowy. We would arrive early at the company and he would park far away from the entrance (2000 employees drive their cars to work). The first day, I didn't say anything, neither the second nor the third. One morning I asked, "Do you have a fixed parking space? I've noticed we park far from the entrance even when there are no other cars in the lot." To which he replied, "Since we're here early we'll have time to walk, and whoever gets in late will be in a hurry and need a place closer to the door. Don't you think?"

Nowadays, there's a movement in Europe named Slow Food. This movement establishes that people should eat and drink slowly, with enough time to taste their food, spend time with the family, friends, without rushing. Slow Food is against its counterpart: the spirit of Fast Food and what it stands for as a lifestyle. Slow Food is the basis for a bigger movement called Slow Europe, as mentioned by Business Week.

Basically, the movement questions the sense of "hurry" and "craziness" generated by globalization, fueled by the desire of "having in quantity" (life status) versus "having with quality" or the "quality of being". The French, even though they work 35 hours per week, are more productive than the Americans or British. The Germans have established 28.8 hour workweeks and have seen productivity driven up by 20%. This slow attitude has brought forth the US 's attention, pupils of the fast and the "do it now!".

This no-rush attitude doesn't represent doing less or having lower productivity. It means working and doing things with greater quality, productivity, perfection, with attention to detail and less stress. It means reestablishing family values, friends and leisure time. Taking the "now", present and concrete, versus the "global", undefined and anonymous. It means taking essential human values, the simplicity of living.

It stands for a less coercive work environment, happier, lighter and more productive where people enjoy doing what they know best how to do. It's time to stop and think on how companies need to develop serious quality with no-rush that will increase productivity and the quality of products and services, without losing the essence of spirit.

In the movie Scent of a Woman, there's a scene where Al Pacino asks a girl to dance and she replies, "I can't, my boyfriend will be here any minute now". To which Al responds, "A life is lived in an instant". Then they dance to a tango.

Many of us live our lives running behind time, but we only reach it when we die of a heart attack or in a car accident rushing to be on time. Others are so anxious of living the future that they forget to live the present, which is the only time that truly exists. We all have equal time throughout the world. No one has more or less. The difference lies in what each one of us does with our time. We need to live each moment. As John Lennon said, "Life is what happens to you while you're busy making other plans".

Congratulations for getting to the end of this message. There are many who would've stopped in the middle so as not to waste time in this "globalized" world.

Welcome To Najib's Life

I thought that I'm going to say that the swearing in ceremony today would be postponed, but I decided against writing it in the morning because some reliable media has yet to confirm the story.

So today, welcome to Najib's life. You may not see it today but it may happen in after 100 days.


When I looked at the pictures of Najib swearing before the Agong, I noticed that in one picture, the Agong doesn't seem to smile. From the looks of it, I guess that the Agong isn't very keen to greet Najib as PM #6 but had to play low, until a great bombshell - maybe -could be dropped somewhere, sometime.

Well, what people wanted is ignored, sadly.

So, with Najib appointed, that completes the RAHMAN wording. What happens after then N? Are we going to see RAZAK? It's a wishful thinking really. If RAZAK happens to kick in, then:

R - Razaleigh
A - Anwar Ibrahim
Z - Zaid Ibrahim
A - anyone whose name starts with A
K - Khairy Jamaluddin?

Sure, KJ wants to become PM, but maybe he has to wait until maybe another 30 years at least if RAZAK happens to be followed. Hahaha...

They call April 3 Black Friday - because in 90 minutes after Najib was sworn in, The Home Ministry raided the Suara Keadilan printing plants. But later on, on TV, Najib's first act was to release 13 from ISA and reinstate printing licenses for Harakah and Suara Keadilan.

I won't count on those things and I thought it's more of Maggi Mee solution.

If that is the case, let's see how things unfold in the next 100 days. When the cabinet line-up is going to be announced on Tuesday or Wednesday, the ones whose asses are on the line are Abdullah's men as ministers. Najib, my guessing is that he could elevate himself as Home Minister and give the Finance, Defence Minister post to someone else.

Of course the ones who are more desperate than Najib is Big Mama and Muhyiddin Yassin, for assured of DPM post prior to that, whatever he stakes - not in rep but fortune is in danger like the CIQ complex in Johor.

If the minister lineup comprises of many men from Johor, then as what my friend would say, the mentality state from people there could be influencing the whole nation! hahaha!
