I actually spoke to Mob the other day on the Inter-Faith Prayers meet. He told me that he managed to trace the person's identity to an UMNO ultra from Sabah. Told me that it was the retaliation to what happened when he bad-mouthed this guy in the same circumstance at Kickdafella's blog.
Now, that brought me back to the night of the eve of Merdeka celebration. At one corner near the 7-11 shop adjacent to the BAR Council office, there was a large group of Malays from Sabah - you would see them from the flags. With the kind of unruly appearance and wild behavior, carrying the state flags and the UMNO, that gave me an impression what kind of those fellows are - ultras.
I am calling them ultra - coined it from an extremist group of Roma fans during the Roma vs Man Utd game in April - because it's just their fanaticism to the national cause without realigning their perceptions to changes. It's their behavior that ended up in fights and arrests by the police later on. In the 2005 edition of Merdeka, whereby I was there too, an Ultra from Sabah was also arrested by the police at Merdeka Square for attempting to start a fight with someone else.
I still remembered how Clifford managed to catch a cybertrooper planting a comment in the blog. I think it's born out of the fact that there are people trying to keep the lid close on their wrongdoings.

Let him be, dude. His hatred will only serve as an example for all to see. ;)
