A Mat Rempit is defined as an individual who participates in illegal street racing using standard motorcycles but they have the reputation to rob, rape and sometimes murder people in cold blood. Most of these guys are Bumi guys with some of them use stolen motors or do not have valid driving licenses for these.
As for the others, if you are in dire need to stop that kind of menace, you need this:
