Narrow Minds Kicking Up The Fuzz

In this entire week, there are many quarters that filed police reports against Karpal Singh for speaking up and commenting over Sultan Azlan Shah's decision to reinstate Jamry Sury as the state Islamic Religious Department director. Some actually knew that Jamry has been arrogant and refusing to cooperate with the state government and being selected by the previous UMNO-BN government.

Out of the number of reports filed, most of them are from UMNO, BN. And to some liberal minded people including myself, it is no longer a legal issue but instead whatever it is said, e.g Dollah Badawi instructing Conan Mansor to lodge a report is entirely racial motivated.

Do you people remember the few quotes that is always stated and shouted by UMNO bozos and assholes at the assembly? For instance:

1. Don't mess with our rights! Time has come for us to act against those who question Malay special privileges!
2. There is no religion above Islam, don't challenge us! Whatever is required for Malay development, we will push for it!
3. Bangsa Malaysia is the Malaysians with Malay as the pivotal race!
4. Malays are marginalised in Penang and they have the right to express their feelings!
5. New Economy Policy (NEP) is the social contract, it will never end!
6. Do not question and challenge the position of the Malays and Islam in this country

I think those guys still never wake up from the March 8 disaster. And even the UMNO lapdogs, like that Mr. Tiong (who screamed at PKFZ and was head of Kuala Dimensi) or those Malay NGOs would wiggle their tails in affirmation to UMNO.

Guys, the government in Malaysia is still not quite efficient and flexible enough because there are still many figureheads that are 'narrow-minded'! Let's take one example: remember ACP Zulkarnain Rahman? You judge him from the account of how Haris was taken away with a friend of him at his side and Zulkarnain asking the shots. Does that tell you how narrow-minded Zulkarnain is and this perhaps explain why he refused the BERSIH permit?

Leadership still remains week because of this mindset and lack the foresight. In this case, guys, please listen to those liberal and open-minded people like Penang CM who says that this fuzz is distracting the people from the actual truth of economic hardship. Or listen to this gentleman, who said that only 'narrow minded' people tend to make the fuzz and play the racial card.

As what Daniel Plainview said, "I'm going to bury you underground!" This time, it is BN and Dollah Badawi that is digging their own graves and burying themselves sooner.
